Since starting his real estate career in 2003, Alan Bolduc has been committed to providing his clients with the highest possible level of service. That commitment drove Alan to earn professional designations from both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), a quest that involved three years of intensive study and immersion in the practice and ethics of the commercial real estate industry. Both of these organizations provide continuing education to keep the knowledge and skills of members sharp and up to date.
In 2008, Alan started his own company, Commercial Acquisition Services LLC, in order to focus exclusively on acquisition assignments and Buyer/Tenant representation focused on Industrial Properties. Previously he had served as an industrial specialist for Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services.
Before entering the real estate field, Alan spent 20 years in the telecommunications industry as an executive in both operations and sales divisions. In that role he was responsible for all of the corporate real estate and that experience gives Alan a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of his corporate clients.
In 2010, Alan relocated permanently to Charleston, SC to focus on supporting the immense growth in and around the port. While he is based in Charleston SC, Alan is also still assisting pre-existing clients in Connecticut with acquiring industrial properties on a per case basis.
