He provides buyer and tenant representation services throughout the Greater Charleston, S.C. area as well as assisting existing clients in Connecticut.
Commercial Acquisition Services’ clients include individual property owners and local, national and international corporations. Alan also provided exclusive brokerage and leasing services for TWB Properties and Northrop Industrial Park, both in Wallingford, Conn. These clients have been relying on Alan’s services and expertise for more than five years, resulting in strong working relationships in which Alan and his clients know how each other think and what to expect from each other.
